Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Education / Tutorial Centre)

2-6 years preferred

We are looking for an

Academic Counsellor

to manage student admissions and parent interactions for our established tutorial centre with ~100 students.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

student & parent enquiries

(walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp)

Explain courses, boards, batches, and fee structure

clearly Convert enquiries into

confirmed admissions

Coordinate with admin/teachers for batch allocation Maintain

admission records and follow-ups

Act as a

single point of contact for parents

Required Skills

Strong

communication skills in English + Hindi + Kannada

Background in

education / counselling / school / coaching institute

Confident, polite, and persuasive with parents Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)

Preferred Profile

Former

school teacher / academic coordinator / counsellor

Experience in

CBSE / ICSE / State syllabus

environment Local candidates preferred

Salary

?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance-based incentives on admissions

Working Hours

6 days a week Peak hours aligned with student & parent availability
