Role Overview:

As a

Senior Academic Counsellor

, you will be the primary point of contact for potential learners, guiding them in selecting the right career-enhancing programs. Your experience will help boost conversions, mentor junior counsellors, and deliver a superior learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel working professionals and graduates. Understand learners' goals and recommend suitable certification programs. Convert leads into enrolments through structured and consultative discussions. Manage and maintain the CRM with accurate data. Mentor and support junior counsellors to help them achieve their goals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve sales and service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA or relevant PG preferred. 2-4 years of experience in EdTech / career counselling / inside sales. Strong knowledge of programs in

Data Science, AI, or Finance/IB

domains is a big plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets. Experience using CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.
