Position Overview
The Academic Coordinator will act as a bridge between students, parents, and the organization. This role involves providing academic updates, ensuring smooth communication, handling student records, and coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless journey for students pursuing overseas education.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular contact with students and parents, sharing timely updates on applications, documentation, and academic milestones.
Collect instructions and updates from the Manager and communicate them effectively to students and parents.
Record and monitor student details including applications, payments, and academic status.
Coordinate closely with academic counselors and other staff to ensure smooth processing and guidance.
Address and resolve student/parent queries with professionalism; escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality of student information and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination, student recruitment, or education consultancy (overseas education experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A student-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
