The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between students, trainers, and management to ensure smooth execution of classes, curriculum delivery, student progress tracking, and overall academic quality.
Key Responsibilities

Academic Operations Management
Coordinate daily class schedules, batches, and faculty allocations
Ensure smooth execution of courses and workshops
Maintain academic calendars and session plans

Faculty Coordination
Assign trainers to batches as per expertise
Monitor faculty performance and discipline
Support trainers with curriculum and teaching tools
?
Ensure syllabus completion as per defined timelines
Monitor quality of teaching and learning outcomes
Implement new course updates and industry alignment
?
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain academic records, evaluations & feedback
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports
Support internal audits and compliance
?
Parent & Corporate Communication (If Required)
Conduct progress meetings with parents
Coordinate with corporate clients for training programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in Education, Management or any relevant field
Experience in
Skill Training Institute, Coaching Centre or Vocational Education
preferred
Strong communication & interpersonal skills Excellent coordination, planning & multitasking ability
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
