Oversee academic quality, curriculum implementation, and teaching standards across the preschool.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and review age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning frameworks.
Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and learning outcomes meet academic benchmarks.
Mentor teachers through training, classroom observations, and feedback.
Monitor child development, documentation, and parent communication.
Maintain academic SOPs, compliance, and quality audits.
Coordinate with management on academic planning and improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
4-7 years of preschool teaching/academic leadership experience.
Strong curriculum knowledge, observation, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
