Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of academic programs and events, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and timelines.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate course offerings, schedules, and student enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to academic programs, student progress, and faculty resources.
Facilitate communication between students and faculty, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Contribute to the development of program materials and promotional content to enhance student engagement.
Monitor and evaluate academic program effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in academic support, administration, or a related position.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in higher education or a similar academic environment.
Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and software systems.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and academic management software.
Experience with data management and reporting tools.
Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies as needed.
