Handle student onboarding, data collection, biometric registration, and WhatsApp group management.
Monitor and maintain student attendance records.
Track student engagement, academic performance, tests, and mock results.
Coordinate academic events, PTMs, and communication with students and parents.
Maintain Google Sheets/ERP for attendance, mentoring, performance, enrollments, and dropouts.
Coordinate with faculty for classes, schedules, and academic sheets.
Liaise with other centers for books, mock tests, and academic requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate with basic experience in academic/education operations preferred.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
