The Secondary Academic Coordinator for Classes VI to X is responsible for overseeing curriculum planning, implementation, and academic delivery across all subjects, ensuring alignment with the school's educational standards and board guidelines. The coordinator provides academic leadership to teachers, supports effective teaching methodologies, monitors student performance, and organizes assessments to achieve learning outcomes. Additionally, the role involves mentoring faculty, facilitating professional development, coordinating with parents, and maintaining discipline and academic excellence to create a balanced and productive learning environment for middle and secondary school students.
