About the Role:

We are looking for a

Senior Coordinator - Data Science

to support the academic and operational activities of our Data Science programs.

The ideal candidate will act as a key link between

faculty, students, and management

, ensuring smooth execution of classes, projects, and industry collaborations.

This role demands strong organizational skills, basic technical understanding of data science concepts, and the ability to manage multiple academic and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination

Coordinate with faculty for scheduling lectures, labs, and assessments. Ensure smooth execution of

Data Science, AI, and Analytics

courses. Track student attendance, assignments, and evaluation progress. Support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Student & Faculty Support

Serve as a point of contact for students regarding academic timelines, project submissions, and learning support. Assist visiting faculty and trainers with class logistics, materials, and communication. Facilitate workshops, guest lectures, and project review sessions.

Operational & Reporting Tasks

Maintain academic documentation, student performance data, and feedback records. Prepare periodic academic progress reports for management. Coordinate with industry partners for internship and project opportunities. Support event planning for seminars, hackathons, and placement activities.

Ideal Candidate:

Master's degree

in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. 4-7 years of experience in

academic coordination, training operations, or data-focused program management

. Understanding of data science concepts and tools (e.g., Python, Excel, Power BI) is an advantage. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Comfortable working with students and faculty in an academic setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
