Role Summary

We are looking for a learner-focused Senior Academic Advisor to support prospective students with program information and enrollment guidance. The role involves addressing academic queries and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance to prospective learners on academic programs Understand learner objectives and suggest suitable courses Communicate with learners via calls, WhatsApp, and email Manage follow-ups and update learner information in internal systems Support enrollment and onboarding activities Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members Coordinate with academic and operations teams

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation in any discipline . Experience in academic advising, student support, or education services Strong verbal and written English communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Good organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?144,000.00 - ?192,000.00 per year
