Duties

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and AC, AHU, DUCT, Chiller, Cassete AC, related equipment. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks, including ammonia refrigeration systems. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for system design and installation. Execute welding tasks as needed for system repairs or modifications. Provide field service support, ensuring timely response to service calls and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Requirements

Proven experience in AC and HVAC/Refrigeration systems, with a focus on air conditioning technology. Strong skills in equipment repair and property maintenance. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred. Ability to read and understand schematics related to AC, AHU, DUCT, Chiller, Cassete AC, . Proficiency in welding techniques as they apply to HVAC installations and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC/R are a plus.
