We are looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, supervising junior technicians, and ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot & repair Split/VRF/Chiller systems
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units
Guide and supervise junior technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with engineers/clients for smooth operation
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
5-8 years of experience in HVAC field
Strong technical & problem-solving skills
Good communication & leadership abilities
