Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant

with strong expertise in

HANA-based development

. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex, global SAP implementations, deep knowledge of HANA-optimized programming, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with modern SAP architecture and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of

SAP S/4HANA-based ABAP solutions

. Develop and optimize custom objects using

HANA-optimized ABAP techniques

. Drive technical design decisions for complex SAP landscapes and global rollouts. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions. Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA best practices, clean core principles, and performance standards. Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning in HANA environments. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers. Maintain high-quality technical documentation and support post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of strong SAP ABAP experience

, with significant hands-on expertise in

SAP S/4HANA

. Strong experience in

SAP HANA-specific development

, including:

CDS Views (Basic, Composite, Consumption)

AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)

Code push-down techniques Open SQL for HANA Extensive experience across core SAP modules such as:

Master Data, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance

.

Proven experience in

multiple (3-5+) full lifecycle global S/4HANA implementations

, including system conversions, greenfield, and brownfield projects. Strong knowledge of SAP data models, table structures, and S/4HANA simplification items. Significant experience debugging and resolving complex, cross-module SAP issues. Knowledge of SAP system performance analysis, tracing tools, and database optimization. Strong understanding of business processes and their technical mapping in SAP S/4HANA. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a

global delivery model

and support Europe time-zone operations.
