Key Responsibilities

Design

3D event

, including stage setups all elements, booths and venue layouts using tools like

3ds Max

, or

Maya

. Develop polished

3D models, renders

to effectively communicate spatial concepts and aesthetics. Collaborate with

event planners, production teams, and clients

to align on creative vision, ensure feasibility, and adapt designs to practical constraints. Create complementary

2D assets

--like mood boards, signage, banners, and digital visuals--for branding and presentation support. Manage

multiple projects

simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, and iterating based on feedback. Must be flexible with work schedule.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, 3D Design.

Software Proficiency

: Fluent in

3D modelling/rendering tools

(e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, VRay) and

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with

AutoCAD

or

After Effects

is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS office and IT Savvy.

Creative Vision

: Strong sense of

spatial aesthetics

, detailing, lighting, textures, and realistic visualization.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, superb time management, and flexibility under pressure.
