Project Overview

We are launching a new YouTube channel focused on

high-quality 3D animated nursery rhymes for children

. We are seeking an experienced and creative

Senior 3D Animator

who can produce engaging, colorful, and child-friendly 3D animation videos that meet international YouTube standards for kids' content.

We will provide the

complete animation script and song audio file

. The animator will be responsible for transforming these assets into polished, visually appealing 3D animation videos.

Key Responsibilities

Create end-to-end

3D animated nursery rhyme videos

based on provided scripts and audio tracks (generally between 1:30-2 minutes videos) Design and animate child-friendly

3D characters, environments, and props

. Perform character animation, lip-sync, facial expressions, and body movement aligned with music and lyrics. Ensure smooth animation, appealing motion, and consistent visual quality throughout each video. Render and deliver final videos in formats optimized for YouTube. Incorporate feedback and revisions until final approval is achieved. Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across multiple videos.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

in 3D animation (Preferred). Strong proficiency in tools such as

Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent

. Demonstrated past experience creating

children's animation or nursery rhyme content

or similar (highly preferred). Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling for young audiences. Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to final render. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high production standards. Ability to meet deadlines and handle structured feedback professionally.

All work produced under this engagement shall be considered "work made for hire"

and will be the

exclusive property of the company

upon full payment. The animator

assigns all worldwide rights, titles, and interests

, including intellectual property rights, to the company. The animator

may not reuse, resell, publish, distribute, or display

any part of the work (including characters, scenes, renders, animations, or derivatives) for personal portfolios, social media, showreels, or any other purpose

without prior written consent

from the company. The animator must confirm that no pre-existing assets will be reused unless explicitly approved in writing by the company and licensed for exclusive commercial use.

Deliverables

Fully animated 3D nursery rhyme video synced to the provided audio file. High-resolution 4K final output suitable for YouTube publishing. Project files may be requested upon completion (if agreed in advance).

Compensation

INR 7,500 per final, accepted 3D animation video

No limit on the number of the projects for the right candidate Payment released upon approval of the completed video as per agreed milestones.
