Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in software testing and QA. Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and test automation. Hands-on experience with automation scripting using Java, JavaScript, or similar languages. Understanding of AI or machine learning testing tools or concepts is a plus. Experience in performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools. Proficiency in API testing and automation. Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience handling US clients preferred. Strong analytical and collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities*
Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications. Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues. Analyze test results, document defects, and work with development teams for resolutions. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc. Explore and implement AI-assisted testing tools and methodologies to improve test efficiency and coverage. Participate in continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Conduct API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
