Job Profile: Senior Warehouse Executive

Location: Near Fortis Hospital, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and operations, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchase Order Management:
- Issue and manage purchase orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up on purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.

2. Vendor Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies.

3. Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems.

4. Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

5. Data Management:
- Utilize basic system knowledge to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiently use Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

6. Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic system knowledge.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
