Provide admin support to the APAC CRO COO and Business Support team
Schedule meetings and preparation of agenda and meeting packs and centralise the information necessary to respond to ad-hoc internal enquiries
Provide admin coordination support and any additional support for ad-hoc projects where needed
Admin support to be provided to the RMC Admin team and manage select report submissions in a timely manner
Facilitate other administrative processes such as:
Travel arrangements
Expenses - MyT&E
Raise system requests - eg. MyAccess, MyShop
Meetings/VCs/Townhalls set up - work with GMS, book rooms, send out calendar invites, etc.
New hire preparations and onboarding - such as desk, pc, phone etc.

Support Corporate Real Estate planning request
