Position: CA - Accounting
Reporting to: CFO
Function: Accounts & Finance
Educational Qualification:- Semi-Qualified CA
Work experience (in years):- 2-4 years
Roles and Responsibilities: -Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Manage and ensure compliance with IND AS, tax regulations, RERA compliance and internal controls.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
