Qualification Required : Semi Qualified CA/CMA

Experience Required : 3-5 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead & guide the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, including statutory filings and compliance.

Reconciliation of statutory liabilities with books of accounts on a month-on-month basis.

Preparation of MIS Reports for management review.

Coordination with Auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Preparation of Projections and cash flow statements to support business planning.

Preparation of DP and other required statement for submission to banks and financial institutions.

Responding to Tax Notices and providing necessary documentation.

Daily P&L Preparation to monitor business performance.

Project-wise Profitability Analysis after computing labour costs and overhead allocations.

Overall Supervision of Accounts Department Operations and extending support to management based on requirements.

Qualification & skills required

Semi-Qualified CA/CMA (Completed Inter / Finalist)

3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, finance, and taxation

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (Direct & Indirect Tax)

Hands-on experience in financial reporting, MIS, and reconciliations

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP environment

Good communication and leadership skills.
