will be responsible for onboarding enrolled students, monitoring payment processes, sharing class schedules, and collaborating with both the support and sales teams. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operational flow and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new students, providing them with necessary information and guidance.
Ensure all enrolled students have access to class schedules and relevant resources.
2. Payment Monitoring:
Track and oversee student payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Follow up with students on outstanding payments and assist in resolving billing issues.
3. Schedule Management:
Share class schedules with enrolled students and address any scheduling inquiries.
Update and maintain scheduling information as necessary.
4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the support team to address student inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from enrollment to class participation.
5. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student accounts and financial transactions.
Generate and provide reports on student enrollment, payment status, and other operational metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in operations, customer service, or educational administration preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
