to join our Semi Voice Process team. This role involves
70% non-voice (back-end operations, email/chat support, data handling)
and
30% voice (customer interaction over calls)
. The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and be eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through
chat, email, and voice support
.
Provide accurate and timely information/solutions to customers.
Document and maintain customer interaction records.
Ensure high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet process targets and SLAs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers are welcome
(any graduate/undergraduate with good communication skills).
Male candidates preferred
(due to rotational shift requirements).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet navigation).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work in
24/7 rotational shifts

Quick learner, positive attitude, and good team player.
