Key Responsibilities



Semi Voice / Customer Support



Handle semi-voicecalls (customer support + basic voice interaction). Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. Maintain quality and customer satisfactionin interactions.

Process & Team Coordination



Assist in supervising day-to-day process tasks. Ensure team members meet performance targetsand quality standards. Report updates to senior management. Monitor workflow and assign tasks when needed.

Digital Marketing Support



Support basic digital marketing-related activities (like posting on social media, tracking campaign performance, assisting with content updates). (Based on typical entry-level expectations) Help with lead generation activities and digital communication support. Track digital metrics and prepare simple reports.
