We are hiring Semi Voice Process Associates to support customer service operations. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Training will be provided for freshers.

Responsibilities

Attend and resolve customer calls professionally Respond to customer queries via chat and email Provide accurate information and maintain service quality Update customer records and logs Escalate unresolved issues as needed Meet quality and productivity benchmarks

Qualifications

Any Degree (Completed) Good communication skills Basic computer & typing knowledge Willing to work onsite Freshers can apply
