Job Title: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013.
Draft Board meeting and General meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Support in company incorporations, LLP formations, and related compliance.
Handle annual filings, DIN/KYC, share allotments, director appointments/resignations, and related matters.
Maintain statutory registers and records for clients.
Assist in FEMA, RBI, and SEBI compliance as applicable.
Coordinate with clients for collection of documents and compliance information.
Research and stay updated on latest amendments and secretarial standards.
Support senior CS professionals in due diligence, drafting, and certification work.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
CS Executive passed (pursuing CS Professional preferred).
Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related field.
Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and allied laws.
Proficiency in MCA portal filing, MS Office, and compliance tools.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
