to join our team. The ideal candidate should have cleared CS Executive level (or equivalent) and possess good knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and governance matters. This role will involve supporting the Company Secretary/Legal team in ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns, forms, and documents with MCA, ROC, SEBI, RBI, etc.
Drafting and maintaining minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
Assist in preparation of agenda, notices, and resolutions for Board and shareholder meetings.
Support in maintaining statutory registers, records, and other secretarial documentation.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws.
Assist in handling event-based compliances like change in directors, share transfers, increase in share capital, etc.
Conducting secretarial audits, due diligence, and preparing compliance reports.
Liaison with internal teams, external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Stay updated on amendments in corporate laws and advise management accordingly.
Key Requirements
Cleared
CS Executive Level
(Professional level in progress or awaiting result preferred).
0-1 years of experience in a CS or secretarial role (Articleship/Internship experience counts).
Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and other relevant regulations.
Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of MCA/ROC filing portals.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
