Draft and review
board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes

Handle
ROC filings, annual returns, statutory registers, and XBRL filings

Assist in
fundraising compliance
under the Companies Act.
Prepare, review, and maintain
legal documentation, contracts, and company policies
