The primary scope of work will include ROC-related tasks.
ROC Tasks:
Handling annual compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Managing event-based filings.
Drafting notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.
Maintaining statutory registers and company law records
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Company Law and ROC compliances
Ability to read, interpret, and apply Acts, Rules, and Regulations
Good drafting and documentation skills.
