Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (ROC, MCA, etc.)
Support in drafting board resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and minute writing
Help with compliance tracking across various group entities
Coordinate with internal departments and consultants on secretarial and legal matters
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
Stay updated with changes in company law and related regulations
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Strong understanding of corporate compliance, ROC processes, and basic company law
Familiarity with MCA portal, statutory formats, and secretarial documentation
Good organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
