Key Responsibilities
Handle corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Manage SEBI LODR compliances, including preparation and filing of required disclosures and reports.
Support in RBI-related compliances, including reporting and documentation.
Undertake legal due diligence and related compliance processes for M&A transactions.
Work on FEMA compliance filings and related reporting (experience preferred).
Prepare board and shareholder meeting documents, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and client documentation.
Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Semi-qualified CS (passed Executive/Professional modules).
1-2 years of relevant work experience in CS/compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and RBI compliance frameworks.
Exposure to M&A and FEMA will be an added advantage.
Ability to independently handle clients and manage multiple assignments.
Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance filing platforms.
