Job Summary:
The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will assist in ensuring that the company and its clients comply with all statutory and legal requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws. The role involves handling ROC filings, preparing documentation, maintaining statutory registers, and supporting senior professionals in compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare and file statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-12, PAS-3, INC-22, etc.
Draft Board Resolutions, Minutes, and Notices for meetings.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Support in share allotment, transfer, and capital-related filings.
Assist in annual filings, event-based compliances, and secretarial audits.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect documents and ensure timely compliance.
Stay updated with MCA notifications, circulars, and amendments.
Provide support in FEMA, LLP, and GST-related compliance as required.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all legal and compliance documents.
