Job Description

semi-qualified company secretary (CS) has many responsibilities, including:

Regulatory compliance

: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and FEMA

Corporate governance

: Advising the board of directors on corporate governance best practices

Company secretarial functions

: Assisting with company secretarial functions, such as drafting notices and agendas, preparing minutes, and filing returns

Statutory registers

: Managing the company's statutory registers and ensuring record keeping

Meetings

: Assisting with organizing board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas

Documentation

: Preparing legal documents and agreements

Research

: Analyzing SEBI circulars and preparing impact analysis reports

Coordination

: Coordinating with SEBI and the stock exchange for ESOP schemes

Inspections

: Handling inspections and preparing replies to intermediaries

Accounts

: Preparing and filing ROC forms

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
