Job Title: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA) to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have completed CA Inter/IPCC and possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit procedures, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledger accounts, and monthly MIS reports. Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews. Handle GST filings, TDS returns, income tax returns, and related documentation. Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP) and regulatory requirements. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, receivables, and payables. Assist in finalization of accounts and coordination with external auditors. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting. Support management in financial planning and cost-control initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Completed CA Inter/IPCC (Group 1 or both groups). 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or audit (articleship included). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication and documentation skills.
