Semi Qualified CA/CMA

Experience Required -Post qualification( 5+ years)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Management:

Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Treasury, and Banking activities.

Banking & Treasury:

Preparation and submission of DP statements, FFR, and other periodic reports to banks; handling LC, BG, CC limits, and loan-related documentation.

Reporting & MIS:

Preparation of monthly MIS, cash flow statements, fund flow, variance analysis, and project-wise profitability reports for management review.

Financial Statements:

Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Schedules, Notes to Accounts) as per applicable standards.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely statutory filings (TDS, GST, PT, etc.), reconciliation of statutory liabilities, and responding to notices.

Audit & Controls:

Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors; strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies.

Cost & Budgeting:

Monitor project-wise cost allocation, budget adherence, and cost optimization measures. And performing variance analysis between budgeted vs actual.

Team Management:

Supervise, review, and guide the work of team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Management Support:

Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and support for strategic business decisions.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

Handle additional finance and compliance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Semi-qualified

CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts.

Strong knowledge of

accounting standards, taxation, banking, and statutory compliances

.

Proficiency in

MS Excel, ERP/Accounting software (SAP/Tally/Oracle, etc.)

.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
