Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Semi-CA/Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for excellence. You will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate posting of transactions. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards. Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Guide and mentor junior accounting staff as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) and advanced Excel skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must have good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Countif, Sumif, Pivot Table, Index Match etc.), and also have work experience in TAXATION, GST, TDS, INCOME TAX, BALANCE SHEET, BANKING, AUDIT, STOCK INVENTORY.

Salary 23,000/- TO 25,000/- Per Month,
