Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout - Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

finalization of accounts

,

financial reporting

, and

audit preparation

. Support

budgeting, forecasting

, and

variance analysis

for domestic & export divisions. Handle

accounts payable/receivable

,

reconciliations

, and

ledger scrutiny

. Prepare and review

GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

. Coordinate with

banks, auditors, and internal departments

for financial data. Maintain

MIS reports

for management on monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards

and company policies.

Requirements:

CA Inter / CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA

with sound accounting knowledge. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred (manufacturing/export background will be an advantage). Strong understanding of

Tally / ERP systems

,

Excel

, and

financial analysis

. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
