Job Title:

Techno-Commercial Executive & Executive Assistant to MD (Inter CA / Semi-qualified CA)

Location: Civil Lines, Raipur

Reports To: Joint Managing Director

This role is designed for a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA/Half CA) who will work closely with the Managing Director in a techno-commercial and executive assistant capacity. The candidate will provide analytical, financial, and operational support to assist the MD in business strategy, decision-making, and day-to-day commercial activities.

The role requires a unique blend of finance expertise, commercial acumen, and executive coordination skills, ensuring smooth functioning of the MD's office while contributing to business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial & Techno-Commercial Support

Prepare and analyze MIS, financial statements, cost sheets, and profitability reports for the MD.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Conduct product costing, pricing analysis, and margin evaluations.
Provide techno-commercial inputs for procurement, sales contracts, vendor/customer negotiations.
Support in tenders, proposals, and business development activities.

2. Executive & Strategic Assistance to MD

Act as a point of coordination for the MD with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Draft presentations, reports, and business briefs for board meetings and reviews.
Follow up on strategic initiatives, projects, and decisions taken by the MD.
Conduct research and provide data-driven insights for business strategies.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

3. Operational & Project Management

Track performance of key business units and projects, highlighting critical issues to MD.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Procurement) for timely updates.
Support in evaluating investment proposals, cost optimization projects, and new initiatives.

4. Compliance & Controls

Ensure commercial documentation, contracts, and agreements meet company standards.
Assist in statutory compliance - GST, TDS, income tax, etc.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance and reporting.

5. Travel, Meetings & Communication

Plan MD's schedules, meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
Organize travel itineraries and event participation.
Record meeting minutes and track action items to closure.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting, costing, and financial analysis.
Business acumen with ability to interpret financial & commercial data for decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects under deadlines.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while working closely with MD.

Qualification & Experience:

Inter CA / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Intermediate cleared).
3-6 years of experience in finance, costing, or techno-commercial roles.
Prior exposure to manufacturing/steel/power/industrial sectors preferred.
Experience in executive assistant / business analyst / strategy support roles will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary, commensurate with qualification & experience.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
