The Non Voice Process executive is responsible for addressing customer inquiries through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. This role requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer queries.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
Provide consistent and reliable information to customers.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
