The Semi Company Secretary supports the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under corporate laws. The role involves assisting with board processes, maintaining statutory records, and handling corporate governance documentation.
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws
Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with regulatory authorities
Maintain statutory registers and company records
2. Board & Committee Support
Assist in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings
Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Ensure timely circulation of meeting documents and follow-up on action points
3. Corporate Governance
Support implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures
Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and codes of conduct
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of governance matters
4. Documentation & Records
Maintain minutes books, statutory registers, and compliance calendars
Draft routine secretarial documents, agreements, and correspondence
Assist in due diligence, audits, and inspections
5. Shareholder & Stakeholder Management
Handle routine shareholder queries
Assist with share transfers, dividends, and related documentation
Coordinate with registrars, auditors, and legal advisors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
