Handle daily, monthly, and year-end bookkeeping on an accrual basis and maintain Tally accounts.
Categorize and reconcile expenses.
Design and manage the chart of accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Handle inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse/ERP systems.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Maintain and review the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring all assets are updated and tagged.
Initiate and oversee the monthly closing of accounts.
Ensure Zoho is implemented, data migrated, and all reporting is done from Zoho.
2. Compliance & Taxation
Manage GST filings (monthly/quarterly) and perform GST reconciliations (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B).
Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and return filings.
Support income tax computation, audits, and annual return filings.
Manage ROC filings and MCA compliance (for private limited entities).
Ensure compliance with FEMA for foreign fund transactions.
Support ESOP trust setup and ongoing compliance (if applicable).
3. Revenue & Payment Reconciliation
Perform daily/weekly sales reconciliations.
Reconcile payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Stripe).
Track credit card, UPI, wallet, and COD settlements.
Conduct periodic vendor and customer reconciliations, including intergroup accounts.
4. Inventory & COS Management
Calculate cost of services sold (COS) by product.
Reconcile inventory between physical stock, ERP, and accounts.
Forecast working capital requirements tied to inventory.
Value and provide for slow-moving or expired inventory.
5. Fund Management & Banking
Manage cash flow with rolling forecasts and real-time tracking.
Plan vendor payments based on cash cycles.
Maintain banking relationships (OD, CC limits, working capital loans).
Handle intercompany fund transfers and reporting.
Manage foreign inward remittances for exports.
Ensure utilization of export incentive schemes (e.g., duty drawback).
6. MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare agenda, review papers, and minutes for review meetings as per group formats.
Provide monthly cash flow statements to promoters/shareholders.
Generate weekly dashboards (sales, margins, cash burn, collections).
Prepare monthly board/investor reports.
Track KPIs (e.g., occupancy ratio, revenue per bed, EBITDA %).
Deliver ad-hoc reports and departmental cost center reports for performance benchmarking.
