We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
SEM Head
to lead our search engine marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing paid search strategies across various digital platforms, driving qualified traffic, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
Work closely with the SEO, content, and analytics teams to enhance campaign performance.
Monitor budget and performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
Leverage data to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in paid search marketing.
Lead and mentor a team of SEM specialists to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-10 years of proven experience in SEM/PPC management.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Experience managing large-scale SEM campaigns and budgets.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or relevant platforms preferred.
