We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven

Sellout Manager

to lead and manage our

Promoter Operations

across Kochi, Thrissur, and Malappuram. The primary responsibility is to drive

sellout performance

in retail outlets through strategic management of in-store promoters, ensuring Apple brand standards, training, and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Apple in-store promoters across assigned locations to achieve monthly sellout targets. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sellout performance across outlets. Analyze trends and take timely corrective actions to drive results. Conduct regular training sessions for promoters on Apple product features, soft skills, upselling techniques, and customer experience delivery. Prepare performance reports, provide insights to senior management, and recommend data-driven improvements. Liaise with store managers and retailers to ensure smooth operations, address challenges, and create a collaborative environment
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA in Marketing is preferred. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing promoter teams or retail operations; experience with

iPro (Apple Promoter Program)

is

highly preferred

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs. High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
