About the Role
The Seller Support Executive helps sellers with their problems related to orders, payments, listings, and using the platform. The goal is to provide quick, correct, and friendly support so sellers can run their business smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Talk to sellers through phone, email, or chat and answer their questions.
Help sellers with issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and product listings.
Guide sellers on how to use the seller dashboard/tools.
Check and update tickets in the system (CRM).
Solve problems quickly or send them to the right team if needed.
Follow company policies while giving solutions.
Keep accurate records of each interaction.
Meet daily targets like response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Provide a positive experience to all sellers.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to understand seller problems and provide solutions.
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and manage time well.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes (training will be provided).
Patience and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred, but not always required).
Candidates with customer support experience can apply.
