Seller Support Executive
to assist our registered sellers, resolve their queries and ensure smooth operations on the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Act as the
primary point of contact
for registered sellers and dealers on ipshopy.com.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to support sellers.
Assist sellers with
account setup, product listing, pricing, order management and payment-related queries
.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical or operational issues.
Guide sellers on how to use the platform, upload products, and manage their store effectively.
Monitor seller performance and help them improve product visibility and sales.
Use
AI tools and digital systems
to automate repetitive tasks and enhance support quality.
Maintain records of seller interactions, issues, and feedback in Excel/CRM.
Provide detailed reports on seller concerns, trends, and performance improvements.
Ensure high seller satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Requirements :
Minimum Graduate (Preferred:
BBA, MBA, BCA, BCS, MCA, or equivalent
).
Basic knowledge of
eCommerce operations and seller management
.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
Familiarity with
AI tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation tools) for communication and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Experience in seller support, eCommerce operations, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and digital understanding are also welcome.
