About the Client
The client's platform is designed to help small and medium-sized sellers to leverage the power of live video selling. It removes the technical hurdles of streaming to multiple social media channels like Youtube, Instagram and Facebook simultaneously, allowing merchants to focus on engaging their audience and driving sales.
We are searching for someone who can warmly welcome new sellers, earn their confidence, and guide them step by step as they get comfortable with the platform. The right person for this role enjoys helping others, communicates persuasively, solves technical issues with ease, and stays organized even when juggling many tasks and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Initiate conversation with 80-100 sellers daily from the provided lead lists, showcase the platform's value and clarify seller's questions and doubts.
Help in converting warm leads into active sellers with steady and planned follow-ups.
Assist sellers with app setup and multistream onboarding, while resolving common issues like password resets, storage errors, or live streaming configuration.
Sustain regular outreach to warm leads and inactive sellers.
Keep clear records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding progress on the CRM, and share any common seller challenges or feature requests with the client to help improve their experience.
Requirements
Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, onboarding or account management. Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience working alongside small business owners or sellers.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential, while knowledge of additional regional languages such as Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Bengali is considered an advantage.
Navigate mobile apps and WhatsApp video calls while solving basic technical issues.
Efficiently manage tasks using Google Sheets and Docs, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities combined with patience and empathy for sellers who may not be tech-savvy and use strong skills in following up and managing time effectively to make sure nothing gets missed.
