Key Responsibilities o Conduct outbound calls to engage potential sellers, introduce the platform, and explain its benefits. o Identify potential sellers through market research, lead generation, and database management. o Assist sellers with the registration process and ensure smooth onboarding. o Verify seller documents and ensure compliance with platform standards. o Support sellers in uploading product catalogs, descriptions, and images. o Train sellers on platform functionalities, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing. o Serve as the primary point of contact for new sellers, addressing queries and resolving onboarding challenges. o Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience and address seller needs. o Complete other tasks assigned by the management. Skills Required o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Experience in outbound calling and lead generation is an advantage. o Negotiation skills for smooth seller onboarding. o Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills. o Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. o Problem-solving capabilities to address onboarding challenges. o Team collaboration and coordination skills. o Focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
