Managing Sell Out Operation at Modern Trade for the branch Ensure Partner Wise and Category Wise Sell Out growth Planogram Adherence & reporting gaps to respective KAM's Store Visit on Daily basis Establish Relationship with Department Manager & Store Manager Sell Out Activity Planning along with Trade Marketing Team & Execute Manage store staff training Merchandising - POSM Management
