Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote hospital services, wellness packages, and treatment programs. Handle inbound queries with professionalism, providing accurate information about hospital services. Convert leads into appointments and ensure follow-up for consultation or treatment. Maintain and update patient/customer databases (CRM). Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management. Assist in digital sales campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, email follow-ups). Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term patient/customer relationships. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of packages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
