Position Overview

We are seeking a

Selenium Trainer

with strong expertise in

Manual & automation testing

and hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip learners with practical skills in test automation, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver

structured training modules

on Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and related tools. Teach

automation frameworks

(Hybrid, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Page Object Model). Provide

hands-on coding sessions

in Java for Selenium automation. Guide learners on

real-world projects

and case studies to simulate industry scenarios. Evaluate learner progress through

assignments, quizzes, and practical tests

. Stay updated with the latest

automation trends, tools, and practices

.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Selenium WebDriver

with Java . Experience with

test frameworks

(TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD/TDD). Knowledge of

CI/CD tools

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with

build tools

(Maven, Gradle). Understanding of

cross-browser testing, parallel execution, and cloud platforms

(e.g., Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Prior experience in

training, mentoring, or teaching

is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
