Job Title: Selenium Test Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases in compliance with project standards

• Identify and report defects, collaborating with developers on resolutions

• Work with Requirements Engineers to develop acceptance criteria

• Support defect management process and conduct root cause analysis

• Track Test KPI and metrics in accordance with ETSM standards

Technical Requirement Summary:

• 3-7 years of experience in manual or automation testing

• Expertise in test planning, execution, and data management

• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence

• Exposure to scripting and test automation tools such as Selenium and JUnit

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium)
